Rice General Construction, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1989 by Chuck and Leslie Rice and is a fully insured company licensed in residential and commercial construction. With over 45 years in the construction industry, Chuck has been an N.C. Licensed General Contractor since 1983 and was an a N.C. Licensed Home Inspector from 1996 until 2012. Prior to full time commitment to Rice General Construction in 1991 as Office Manager, Leslie Rice was in the banking industry for 20 years. Rice General Construction is a member of the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce, Raleigh-Wake County Homebuilders Association, National Association of Homebuilders, and is a North Carolina Certified Lead Renovation company.
Rice General Construction specializes in custom renovations and additions, non-insurance claim restorations, custom new homes, and commercial upfits. Rice General Construction associates are multi-skilled, professional and courteous technicians who excel in craftsmanship and attention to jobsite preparation, maintenance, and cleanliness. All trade contractors are fully insured with worker’s compensation and general liability insurance.
Rice General Construction can facilitate projects from the planning and design phase to the final stages of completion including landscaping, driveways, and other exterior spaces.
